Drops or a tablespoon?
Most mineral drops come in small dropper bottles and go in a few drops at a time. Daily Bio-Minerals is a less concentrated, ready-to-measure liquid: one tablespoon (15 mL) in water, once a day. No dropper, no counting.
How to add minerals to your water
- Pour a glass of water. Tap or filtered, whichever you drink.
- Add 1 tablespoon (15 mL). That is the label serve.
- Stir and drink. Once daily.

Filtered water and minerals
Some home filters, such as reverse osmosis, take minerals out of the water along with everything else. Some people like to add a liquid trace mineral back in. Daily Bio-Minerals is one simple way to do that: one tablespoon in a glass.
